We’re hiring an experienced NOC Engineer to support IT infrastructure monitoring and operations during the evening shift.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Shift: Evening Shift

Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor servers, networks, applications and IT infrastructure
• Respond to alerts and perform initial troubleshooting
• Escalate critical or unresolved incidents
• Maintain incident and monitoring records
• Support server/system patching and post-patch validation
• Perform routine system health and availability checks
• Ensure proper shift handovers and follow NOC procedures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a NOC Engineer or Network/Systems Administrator
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, MS Exchange, networking, firewalls, virtualization, antivirus/antispam and databases
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, Azure, MCP or Commvault are an advantage
