Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – Cyber Security (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security solutions and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth in the cyber security sector.
• 5+ years of a successful track record selling cybersecurity technologies.
• Identify and target key clients and market segments for cyber security solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
• Proven track record of success in business development and sales, in the cyber security industry.
• Strong understanding of cyber security technologies, trends, and challenges.
• Excellent Arabic communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
