We are currently looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the development and growth of new fragrance brands and product launches. The role will involve working closely with management, our marketing team, agencies and creative partners across brand development, campaigns and new launches.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the positioning and overall direction of assigned brands
• Working on new product launches, including concepts, naming, storytelling and launch plans
• Preparing briefs and working with agencies, designers, photographers and content creators
• Reviewing campaigns and creative work before they go live
• Working with the marketing team across social media, influencer marketing, PR and digital activities
• Keeping track of competitors, market trends and developments within the fragrance industry
• Ensuring consistency across packaging, campaigns, retail materials and other brand communication
• Reviewing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement

We are looking for someone with previous experience in brand management, marketing or a similar role, with strong creative judgement and the ability to take ownership of the brands they manage. Any prior experience in fragrance, beauty, fashion, luxury, lifestyle or FMCG would be an advantage.
