Ziina is hiring a Senior Data Platform Engineer to build the data foundations for analytics, reporting and future ML use cases.
Location: Dubai, UAE (based in or willing to relocate to the UAE)
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Build pipelines that ingest from PostgreSQL, object storage and external APIs
- Design the data warehouse architecture and data models
- Improve reliability, observability and performance of data systems
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring
- Enable self-service data access for product and business teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in data engineering, data platform or analytics engineering
- Orchestration with Dagster, Airflow or Prefect and Python ETL/ELT
- Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift, plus dbt
- Production data quality and monitoring experience
Tech Stack
