UFC Gym Business Bay was the first UFC-branded training facility in the UAE, combining a conventional strength and conditioning gym with MMA-style group classes, boxing, kickboxing and jiu-jitsu programming at Bay Square. It suits members who want combat-sports conditioning alongside standard weights and cardio equipment.

The Business Bay club runs a structured class schedule built around the UFC Gym global curriculum, with coaches trained in the brand’s signature fit camp and grappling formats. Its Al Asayel Street location puts it within easy reach of the offices and residential towers that line Business Bay.
