Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Sales Manager for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai, focused on the Russia and CIS markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and carry out sales strategies to grow business from Russia and the CIS, with a focus on luxury accounts
- Run sales activity across the main feeder markets to meet financial targets
- Manage and grow key accounts
- Track market trends and share market intelligence
- Find new partners in the region and target high-end clients for villa and suite products
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Russia and the CIS
- Fluent English and Russian
- At least 2 years in a similar sales role, ideally in 5-star hotels
- Strong sales, presentation and negotiation skills, including contracting
- Results-driven, proactive and team-oriented
