Key Responsibilities
- Develop and run HR strategies that support shipping and back office goals
- Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle employee relations, performance management and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and company policy
- Coordinate training and development
- Oversee HR administration, payroll coordination and benefits
- Work with departments on workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or a related field
- Proven HR Manager experience, preferably in shipping or back office operations
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
