About the Role
J10 Consulting is recruiting an Architectural Inspector for a multinational design and supervision consultancy in Abu Dhabi. Initial six-month fixed-term contract with immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out site inspections under interior finishing inspection and test plans
- Handle contractor inspection requests promptly
- Review shop drawings, submittals, materials and method statements
- Check compliance with design intent, specifications and drawings
- Monitor contractor work and report on defect rectification
- Coordinate with other disciplines and attend technical meetings
Requirements
- BSc in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
- 5+ years as an architectural, interior or finishes inspector
- Experience on residential and mixed-use high-rise projects, including snagging and handover
- Strong written and spoken English; prior consultancy experience
