About the Role
Success Factor is hiring an office-based Operations Supervisor in Dubai to lead field staff and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise 50+ field staff on attendance, discipline and performance
- Lead a customer support team of 3 to 5 and oversee bookings
- Handle client complaints and escalations
- Manage schedules and transport for 8 to 10 drivers
- Run team meetings, training and reviews; improve processes and service standards
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of UAE experience, including operations or people management
- Tagalog and good English strongly preferred
- Experience in domestic staffing, hospitality or similar services is an advantage
Compensation
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
