Sales Executive, Europe (Automotive & OEM) – Remote

Black Pearl, an HR consultancy, is recruiting a Sales Executive for European automotive and OEM accounts. The role is based remotely and reports to UAE management.

Location: Dubai, UAE (remote)
Type: Full-Time | Remote, with travel to European OEM sites
Experience: 3-6 years in B2B sales or business development

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of European OEM prospects and decision makers
• Qualify leads, run approved outreach and keep CRM records accurate
• Support RFQs, proposals, tenders and vendor registrations
• Promote the automotive accessory range to OEMs, distributors and aftermarket customers
• Report on pipeline, competitor activity and demand forecasts
• Refer pricing and contract decisions to UAE management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering or similar
• 3-6 years of B2B sales, ideally with European OEM or automotive aftermarket accounts
• Understanding of OEM sales cycles, procurement and certification requirements
• Strong prospecting, CRM and reporting skills
• Working knowledge of GDPR, anti-bribery and export-control rules
• Strong English; another European language is an advantage
• Willingness to travel in Europe
