Senior Accountant, Payables (Construction)

Kabri International Co. LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant – Payable to join its finance team in Dubai.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Positions: 1

Experience: 5–7 years in UAE construction/contracting

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier and subcontractor invoices against contracts and purchase orders
• Manage payment runs, reconciliations and vendor statements, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain accounts payable records and aging reports, and assist in monthly closing and reporting
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams on invoice approvals, retentions and payment terms
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements and company financial policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–7 years of UAE/GCC accounts payable experience within construction or contracting
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills
