Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets while protecting margins and customer satisfaction
- Manage key accounts and pursue new business leads
- Prepare business plans, tenders, quotations and client presentations
- Supervise customer service coordinators and assign queries
- Maintain the lead enquiry tool and approve quotations and job orders
- Track competitors, market trends and upcoming regional projects
- Run marketing campaigns and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Work with operations and QHSE on client complaints
- Support finance with collections from major clients
- Attend exhibitions and networking events
