Senior UI/UX Designer (2 Positions, 12-Month Contract)

Aventus Global is hiring 2 hands-on Senior UI/UX Designers to help shape a client’s website, customer portal, agent portal and mobile app, from first concept to final delivery.

Location: UAE (UAE-based candidates preferred; candidates open to relocating to the UAE are welcome)

Contract: 12 months

Positions: 2

What you will be doing

• Owning end-to-end design: user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
• Running user research and usability testing, and defining personas with the CX team
• Building and maintaining design systems, pattern libraries and style guides
• Designing mobile experiences that are rethought for mobile, not shrunk down from desktop
• Designing interfaces that integrate with Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP
• Setting UX KPIs, running A/B tests and presenting concepts to stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in digital products (6+ preferred), including 3+ years as a Senior UI/UX Designer
• Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
• Strong user-centred design, interaction design and information architecture
• Confident use of AI tools, while you own the design decisions
• Clear communication with senior stakeholders: problem, decision, impact
• A Bachelor's in CS, Design, Product Management or HCI (a Master's is a plus)

Would be great to have

• Government, banking/regulated or enterprise platform experience
• Salesforce or SAP design experience
• Arabic/English (RTL) design and accessibility (WCAG)
• Experience mentoring a team

Your portfolio should include

• A live link (website or PDF) that opens without requesting access
• 2–3 full case studies covering the problem, your decisions, trade-offs and results (with numbers)
• Real product screens, with your own contribution clearly shown
• A mobile example showing how you rethought the design for mobile
• An example of your AI use: prompts, output, and what you changed or rejected
