Responsibilities
- Identify, engage and recruit agents, brokers and property consultants using industry contacts, recruitment platforms and headhunting
- Match candidates to client hiring requirements
- Source from European talent pools, including British, French, Spanish and Italian candidates
Requirements
- Proven real estate recruitment experience in the UAE market
- An active network of UAE real estate agents and property consultants
- Strong headhunting, networking and candidate engagement skills
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
- Able to start immediately
Salary
USD 9,600 per year.
