Head of Product, AI x EdTech (French Fluent)

Paradox is hiring a Head of Product to shape its AI-native product department. The role can be based in the Dubai, Paris or Lisbon office, or remote.

What You Will Do

• Turn the founder vision into a product strategy and roadmap linking business goals, user outcomes and technology
• Study users regularly and find where transformation breaks down
• Validate ideas through MVPs and experiments, iterating weekly
• Define and track activation, retention and transformation metrics against business KPIs and lifetime value
• Build an AI-native product department, including AI agents, learning loops and feedback systems

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years as a product manager or product owner in EdTech, SaaS or consumer tech
• Has shipped at least one major feature or product end to end
• Comfortable with Figma and prototyping, with strong analytical and systems thinking
• Native French and fluent English
