Kazakh-Speaking Lead Client Relations Manager

XM is hiring a Kazakh-speaking Lead Client Relations Manager in Dubai to run client engagement and retention for Kazakh and Russian speaking markets.

What You Will Do

• Set and track department KPIs against corporate targets and build action plans
• Design client engagement and retention strategies to build loyalty and reduce churn
• Manage client portfolios and relationships with proactive follow-up
• Set standards for client communication across the team and keep CRM data accurate
• Monitor satisfaction, behavior trends and retention performance
• Take part in events and promotions in various countries, prepare reports and presentations
• Coach and develop team members

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, client or partner relations
• Fluent Kazakh and Russian, and good English
• Strong communication, negotiation and people management skills
