Responsibilities
- Provide first-class support to the company and its sales team
- Manage the order-to-cash process and make sure orders are dispatched on time
- Handle customer queries
- Provide after-sales support to clients
- Assist the finance team with invoicing
Requirements
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
- Arabic and English required; French is a plus
