Responsibilities
- Support colleagues in maintaining a high standard of fine dining service
- Know the full food and beverage menu and current promotions
- Check that food and drink are prepared and served consistently
- Report significant problems or guest complaints to management
Requirements
- At least 2 years in a similar role, ideally in fine dining
- Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality
- Able to work in a team, multitask and serve a diverse clientele
