Key Responsibilities
- Carry out land surveys using modern equipment
- Maintain survey records, maps and reports
- Work with construction engineers and project managers on planning
- Find and fix discrepancies in site measurements and boundaries
- Follow local regulations and safety standards
- Use GIS and CAD software to analyse and present data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering or similar
- 3-5 years of surveying experience in construction, preferably in the UAE
- Skill with total stations, GPS and levels
- Knowledge of local land laws, zoning rules and surveying standards
- Willingness to work outdoors
