Key Responsibilities
- Lead design for luxury hotel and high-end residential projects from concept to completion
- Turn client briefs into interior architecture, space planning, material palettes and detailing
- Lead client presentations and design workshops
- Review concepts, drawings and material selections for quality
- Coordinate FF&E, 3D visualisation, engineering and specialist consultants
- Oversee tender packages, documentation and regulatory compliance
- Support pitches, proposals and business development
Requirements
- Degree in interior design, interior architecture or architecture
- 12+ years of experience with senior responsibility on luxury hospitality or residential projects
- Strong portfolio and freehand sketching skills
- AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit/BIM an advantage
- Knowledge of building codes and MEP/structural coordination
