RTC-1 Employment Services is hiring a Business Development Executive for a diversified UAE business group in FMCG, food distribution and logistics.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 5+ years in UAE 3PL frozen warehousing and cold chain
Salary: Up to AED 15,000 per month plus a company car
Key Responsibilities
- Win new business from food importers, meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, ice cream and HORECA suppliers
- Sell frozen warehousing services including storage, handling and refrigerated transport
- Prepare competitive quotations for storage, handling, transport and value-added services
- Own targets for new customers, contracted pallet volumes and storage revenue
Requirements
- A hunter mindset with a record of winning new customers
- Solid knowledge of frozen storage operations, pallet capacity and handling charges
- Ability to negotiate storage, transport, SLA, payment and contract terms
