Fit Out Draftsman

Nerkal Building Contracting is hiring a Fit Out Draftsman in Dubai for interior construction projects.

Type: Full-Time
Experience: Proven fit out or interior construction drafting experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for fit out projects using CAD
• Work with architects, designers and project managers on specifications
• Review design drawings to produce accurate drafts
• Maintain drawing documentation through the project lifecycle
• Ensure drawings meet codes, standards and client requirements
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors on revisions and site visits

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
• Understanding of fit out processes and materials
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings
• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture or Interior Design preferred
• Knowledge of UAE building codes is an advantage
