Accor is hiring an FP&A Analyst for its Raffles and Fairmont global team in Dubai.
What you will do
- Support the FP&A Manager with day-to-day tasks
- Help prepare the LE1, LE2 and LE3 forecasts and the annual budget, and load them into OneStream
- Collect, validate and analyse financial data from stakeholders
- Produce monthly, quarterly and annual performance review packs for senior leadership
- Support month-end closing with actual versus budget and forecast variance analysis
- Prepare P&L reports, dashboards and management presentations
- Work with Operations Finance, Development and other corporate functions
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- Experience with OneStream, Tableau or similar reporting tools
- Advanced Excel; VBA is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data
- Fluent English
