Atoms, part of the Namaa group, is hiring a Business Development Manager for its Dubai office (on-site, five days a week).
What you will do
- Pursue opportunities with food manufacturers, processors, FMCG companies, distributors and cold-chain operators
- Build a qualified pipeline and convert it into signed agreements
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers on facility needs and expansion plans
- Research UAE food manufacturing and industrial real estate markets
- Lead negotiations and prepare commercial proposals, including leasing terms
- Coordinate with real estate, development, engineering, finance and legal teams
- Maintain sales forecasts and report on targets
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience, including 5 to 7 in business development or commercial roles
- Experience in industrial real estate, commercial leasing, property development or industrial B2B sales
- Proven record of closing deals and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder skills
