Fundamental Hospitality is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for La Plage by La Maison Ani, a high-end Mediterranean restaurant in Dubai. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently
• Lead and organise the kitchen team
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, consistency and hygiene

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience of Mediterranean cuisine
• Broad culinary knowledge across cooking techniques
• Experience in high-end restaurants
• Kitchen management, leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
