Business Development Manager, Electronic Security (UAE)

Ajax Systems, a security systems manufacturer, is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead sales in the UAE. The role works remotely from Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
• Build and execute a UAE business development plan
• Identify, assess and onboard regional partners
• Develop relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
• Carry out market research and analysis
• Prepare presentations and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial business and sales management experience in the electronic security industry
• Sales experience in the UAE, operating from Dubai
• Technical knowledge of access control, video surveillance and intrusion detection
• Experience across the full sales cycle, from opportunity to close
• Conversational English and Arabic
