Wallet Operations Deputy, UAE

Binance is hiring a Wallet Operations Deputy for its UAE operations. The role oversees exchange wallet operations in a 24/7 crypto environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily exchange wallet operations, including deposits and withdrawals, and monitor blockchain transactions to resolve delays or failures
• Keep exchange wallets operationally available and coordinate network upgrades and token events
• Prepare monthly wallet balance and transaction reports for FSRA regulatory submission
• Respond to internal alerts, work with stakeholders on incidents and review risks and controls
• Simplify and automate internal processes and track industry trends
• Support Customer Support on wallet questions and work with regulators and auditors on licensing

Requirements

• 8+ years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, compliance or a related field; regulator experience is a plus
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as EVM, Polkadot and Cosmos
• Knowledge of on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols and wallet infrastructure (nodes, signing services, custody models such as MPC and HSM)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills and calm decision-making under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment
• Traditional finance custody experience is a plus
