Senior UX Researcher (Remote)

Easygenerator is hiring a Senior UX Researcher for its Data & Insights team. This is a senior individual-contributor position with a high degree of ownership, based in Dubai and worked remotely. You will set up and run the research practice that supports Product, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success and Support.

Responsibilities

• Build the research toolkit, including a central repository with a tagging taxonomy, participant recruitment, consent handling and repeatable workflows
• Act as the research partner for Design, running usability, concept and prototype tests and advising on navigation and information architecture
• Plan and run discovery and evaluative studies, before and after launches
• Coach colleagues outside research to run customer conversations and light usability sessions
• Analyse interviews, surveys and feedback, and combine support tickets, reviews and NPS or CSAT comments into one view of user needs
• Pair behavioural data with attitudinal research together with Product Analytics
• Turn findings into prioritised opportunities, personas, jobs-to-be-done and journey maps, and present them to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX research experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Experience building a research practice from scratch
• Mixed-methods skills: interviews, moderated and unmoderated testing, concept testing, diary studies, surveys, thematic analysis
• Experience with prototype testing, card sorting and tree testing alongside designers
• Comfort with product analytics and survey statistics
• Strong communication and storytelling, with a portfolio of case studies showing measurable outcomes
• Knowledge of research ethics and GDPR-compliant handling of participant data

Nice to Have

• Background in EdTech, L&D or content-authoring tools
• Experience researching AI-powered features
• Familiarity with Dovetail, Maze, Qualtrics, Mixpanel, Figma and Miro
