Mobile QA Engineer, iOS (Remote)

Quadcode, a fintech company that provides a trading platform as SaaS to brokers, is hiring a Mobile QA Engineer focused on iOS. The role is remote for candidates based in the UAE, working to a European time zone with a daily stand-up at 11:00.

Responsibilities

• Test new and existing iOS features manually, including functional, regression, smoke, end-to-end and integration testing, and validate a redesigned adaptive UI across screen sizes and iOS versions
• Review specifications, identify risks and write test cases and checklists
• Build and maintain automated tests, including end-to-end tests, and help migrate the automation framework to Swift
• Test REST APIs and JSON, and analyse traffic with Charles Proxy or Proxyman
• Check cross-platform consistency with the Android team
• Maintain tests in CI/CD pipelines and use AI tools in test design and debugging

Requirements

• 3+ years testing native mobile apps, with an iOS focus
• Hands-on experience with Appium, XCUITest or Espresso and scalable frameworks such as Page Object
• Proficiency in one of Kotlin, Java, Swift, Python or TypeScript
• Solid test design theory and REST API testing experience
• CI/CD experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or Bitrise
• English at B1 or above and Russian at C2

Nice to Have

• XCUITest automation in Swift and experience migrating legacy automation frameworks
• Experience testing financial or trading platforms
