Medical Director, Radiology (UAE)

Prenuvo, a preventative whole-body MRI provider, is hiring a Medical Director for its UAE radiology business, covering Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role combines clinic leadership with an active clinical workload of up to half your time.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical strategy and medical operations for Prenuvo Radiology UAE
• Interpret whole-body MRI studies, review reports and provide second opinions
• Lead quality assurance, including peer review and discrepancy audits
• Mentor radiologists and partner physicians and support onboarding and credentialing
• Handle complex cases, escalations and complaints while keeping a premium patient experience
• Represent Prenuvo in the UAE healthcare community and build relationships with referring physicians, partners and regulators
• Support AI-enabled workflows and standardise reporting and clinical pathways

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialist certification in radiology
• Active Dubai Health Authority license
• At least 3 years of practice within the UAE healthcare system
• Experience interpreting MRI studies and leading physicians or clinical teams
• Understanding of UAE healthcare regulation, licensing and clinical governance
• Record in quality improvement and physician development
• Experience leading a private clinical enterprise is preferred
