Bay Avenue Tours is looking for an enthusiastic part-time telesales representative in Dubai to book quality appointments with potential customers by phone and close sales where possible.
What You Will Do
- Contact potential and existing customers about products and services
- Answer questions, qualify needs and book appointments
- Pass prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Keep accurate customer records and process orders
- Handle complaints to protect the company reputation
- Log calls and notes in HubSpot
Requirements
- Proven telesales, sales or customer service experience, ideally meeting phone sales quotas
- Working knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
- Excellent English and strong negotiation and listening skills
- Composure under rejection
- Transport industry knowledge is an advantage; training is provided
