What You Will Do

• Hit monthly GMV targets through new merchant sign-ups and a larger share of existing accounts
• Manage key accounts and large regional accounts
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Understand pricing and negotiate rates with merchants
• Work with operations and logistics to balance feasibility, delivery cost and client experience
• Handle day-to-day relationships with merchant partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales and account management, preferably in eCommerce logistics
• A record of generating revenue
• A business development mindset with attention to operational detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and energy for a startup environment

Key Metrics

GMV, gross margin percentage and AR collections.
