Paradox is hiring a Product Manager for its AI and EdTech platform. Work from Dubai, Paris or Lisbon, or remotely.
What You Will Do
- Turn the founder vision into a product strategy and roadmap tied to business goals and user outcomes
- Talk to users weekly and turn behavioral insights into product hypotheses
- Run lean MVP experiments with measurable success metrics
- Define and track activation, retention and transformation metrics
- Help design AI-powered loops, protocols and personalization
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years as a product manager or product owner in EdTech, SaaS or consumer tech
- Has shipped at least one major feature or product end to end with measurable results
- Comfortable with Figma and prototyping; able to build or learn to build AI agents
- Native French and fluent English (written communication is in English)
