Senior Product Manager, Loan Management System

Tamara, a fintech platform serving Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, is looking for a Senior Product Manager in Dubai to lead its Loan Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Set the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for the LMS
• Lead product discovery and decide whether to build, extend or integrate
• Drive development of a new LMS or the modularisation of existing open-source platforms
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, credit risk, compliance and finance
• Turn strategy into clear requirements and prioritise delivery
• Align senior leadership on priorities, trade-offs and timelines

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years in product management, including 4+ years in fintech, lending or financial systems
• Background in loan management, core banking or lending infrastructure
• Experience building complex financial platforms
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication
• Familiarity with the loan lifecycle: disbursement, repayment, rescheduling, collections and settlement
