J10 Consulting is recruiting a CAD Draughtsman for an international interior design consultancy in Dubai, on an initial six-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Take site measurements and prepare concept layouts for client approval
- Prepare technical and working drawings, joinery and MEP details, and as-built drawings
- Handle permits and documentation with Dubai authorities
- Obtain client approvals on drawings, samples and boards
- Coordinate site mobilisation and revise drawings to site conditions
- Prepare completion documentation for final inspection and handover
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Architecture, Interiors or Civil
- Strong drafting skills in layouts, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, elevations and joinery detailing
- Ability to coordinate with architectural and MEP drawings
- Hospitality and residential project experience preferred
