Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cost control systems for expenses and forecasts
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and cash flow projections
- Analyse financial performance and report deviations
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement and finance teams
- Monitor subcontractor payments and contractor claims against contracts
- Identify savings and financial risks, and prepare monthly cost reports for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- Proven experience as a Cost Control Engineer in construction, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting and forecasting
- Proficiency in cost control software and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with UAE construction and financial regulations is a plus
