About the Role
Sembol Construction is hiring an Electrical Site Engineer for an offshore ADNOC project at Al Omara Island in Abu Dhabi, with willingness to work in the Western Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical installation, site execution, inspection, testing and commissioning works
- Manage and coordinate a team of roughly 200 personnel, including site engineers and supervisors
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and other disciplines to meet progress and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
- At least 7 years of electrical site engineering experience in the UAE, preferably on large oil and gas projects
- Knowledge of MEP systems, UAE electrical codes, construction standards and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work offshore; immediate joiners get priority
