GTM Recruiter, Middle East (Remote)

ElevenLabs is hiring a GTM Recruiter focused on the Middle East, working remotely from Dubai within a remote-first team.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles in Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Revenue Operations
• Work with GTM leaders to refine role requirements and hiring strategy
• Partner with sourcers on market mapping, talent pools and regional pipelines
• Manage candidate pipelines across time zones with a high-touch candidate experience
• Advise hiring teams with market insights, benchmarks and data

Requirements

• Full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech (about 3+ years preferred)
• Experience recruiting quota-carrying roles and closing senior talent
• Ability to manage high-volume, complex roles with several priorities
• Excellent communication and comfort in a remote-first setting
• Bonus: Middle East recruiting experience, Arabic, and data fluency
