IT Infrastructure Engineer (L3 Support)

Staffconnect is hiring an IT Infrastructure Engineer for L3 support of enterprise systems in Abu Dhabi.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Type: Full-Time

Experience: 6+ years in IT support or infrastructure support

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for escalated hardware, software and network issues
• Troubleshoot and run root cause analysis on critical incidents
• Administer Active Directory, group policies and access control
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
• Handle incident, problem and change management under ITIL
• Monitor systems, patch and upgrade, and maintain documentation
• Join the on-call rotation

Requirements

• Strong Windows, hardware and enterprise application troubleshooting
• Hands-on Active Directory and GPO experience
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or Zendesk
• DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VPN knowledge

• ITIL Foundation
• Intune or SCCM
• Security and compliance knowledge
