AccorHotels is hiring an IT Supervisor for Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk, a 594-room hotel near Wafi Mall.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely IT support to guests and departments and keep guest-facing systems available
- Manage systems and networks including Opera, MICROS, Windows Server and Windows clients
- Coordinate IT projects and track delivery
- Manage vendor and user relationships
- Apply IT standards and best practices
- Support contingency planning and regular testing
- Supervise the IT team
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Opera, MICROS and MS Office
- Project management, leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing a multicultural team
- Front Office knowledge; Opera Property Management System experience preferred
- Fluent English
