Experience: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain computer systems, network servers and virtualisation
- Manage virtual servers and automation
- Troubleshoot and document hardware and software issues, prioritised by impact
- Prepare technical documentation for infrastructure planning and upgrades
- Oversee backups, data protection, disaster recovery and failover
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support
- Handle capacity, storage planning and database performance
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in database, network or systems administration
- Working knowledge of virtualisation such as VMware
- Scripting and automation experience
- Linux, Microsoft or networking certifications are a plus
- Solid grounding in helpdesk and IT operations, security and storage practices
