• Azure AD Connect / Microsoft Entra Connect
• Exchange hybrid configuration
• SharePoint and OneDrive migration tools
• Microsoft Migration Manager
• ShareGate or similar migration tools
• Azure Automation and Logic Apps
• Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Windows 10/11, Autopilot, and endpoint security
• ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management
