Procurement Manager

TGC Middle East is hiring a Procurement Manager for a construction and engineering contractor in Dubai.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Set procurement strategy in line with project needs and company goals
• Source, evaluate and select suppliers
• Lead the procurement team and negotiate vendor contracts
• Monitor supplier performance and build long-term partnerships
• Forecast material needs with project managers and plan purchasing schedules
• Maintain procurement records and reports, and look for cost savings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil or mechanical engineering
• Procurement or supply chain certification such as CIPS
• Experience leading procurement, ideally in construction or building materials
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and supplier management
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement software and MS Office
• Fluent English; knowledge of UAE regulations is a plus
