Tiger Group is hiring a Quantity Surveyor for building construction projects in the UAE.
Location: UAE
Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Experience: 6-10 years in UAE building construction
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review detailed cost estimates and project budgets
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and clients
- Monitor project progress and report on spend against budget
- Work with architects, engineers and project managers to resolve cost issues
- Assess cost risks and propose mitigation measures
- Keep procurement and costs in line with regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
- 6-10 years as a Quantity Surveyor in UAE building construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regional legal guidelines
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in cost estimation and project management software
- Awareness of health and safety standards on construction sites
