Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist (Dubai or Remote)

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is hiring recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. Work is based in Dubai or remote, and applicants must be in the UAE. Pay is tailored to experience, with salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Run the full hiring cycle, from job postings to offer negotiation
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Source candidates through social media, job boards, networking and referrals
• Interview and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Maintain a candidate pipeline and manage agency and partner relationships
• Support onboarding and keep candidates informed

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or a related field
• 3+ years for mid and senior roles; junior candidates are also invited to apply
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Fluent English; Arabic or another language is a plus
• Agency experience, ideally in the UAE, for senior roles; knowledge of UAE labour law preferred
