National Marine Dredging Company (NMDC) is hiring a Senior Construction Engineer in Abu Dhabi to support offshore oil and gas projects.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Experience: 10+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor activities across project execution phases, often on several projects at once
- Assist and lead the Construction Engineer on assigned tasks
- Prepare project deliverables, execution plans and construction schedules at start-up
- Prepare a techno-commercial analysis to reduce offshore installation cost
- Prepare the construction aids load register and track fabrication progress
- Scope and monitor pipe coating work
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, civil or naval
- At least 10 years of offshore construction experience in oil and gas
- Commercial, financial and contractual awareness
- Negotiation, decision-making and leadership skills
- Strong written and spoken English
