Bunya is hiring a Senior Engineer for construction supervision on infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the contractor’s work on behalf of the client, through the appointed supervision consultant
- Monitor compliance with drawings, specifications, programme, quality and HSE standards
- Carry out site visits and resolve technical, quality, programme and interface issues
- Review QA/QC reports and monitor testing, commissioning and handover documents
- Track progress, flag delays and advise on variations, claims and extensions of time
- Prepare project reports, attend meetings and guide junior engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years in construction supervision and management
- Experience on major roads, bridges, infrastructure and wet utilities, preferably in the UAE or GCC
- Knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority requirements
- MS Office and AutoCAD; Primavera P6 or MS Project desirable
