The role covers customer follow-ups, lead generation, partner coordination, quotations, order processing, pipeline updates, vendor coordination, sales administration, and internal operational activities to ensure smooth execution of the sales cycle.

Experience: 1–5 years
Experience
- 1–5 years in tele calling, inside sales or sales coordination
- Experience in IT, cybersecurity, software, cloud, or technology distribution is highly preferred
- Experience with channel partners, resellers, distributors, or technology vendors is an advantage
- Strong communication, tele sales, follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills
