Job Description

• Be highly analytical as well as highly creative, and consistently demonstrate superb design, writing and presentation skills.
• Foster collaboration both inside and outside the team, evangelize and promote UX within the company, and juggle several high-level projects while delivering A-level work on all of them.
• Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies.
• Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
• Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands, collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers.
• Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of cross-functional Agile product teams.
• Research, identify and articulate customer needs.
• Collaborate with and lead other designers to problem-solve design challenges and maintain design consistency and coherence across products.
• Lead regular creative sessions and an environment of learning amongst team members.
