Solar Sales Engineer

Excelsior Group ME is hiring a Solar Sales Engineer in Dubai to grow solar PV, energy storage and O&M business.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 3+ years in solar and energy storage sales
Salary: AED 12,000 per month, inclusive of allowances

Key Responsibilities

• Win on-grid, off-grid and hybrid solar EPC projects, including battery energy storage and O&M contracts
• Sell solar panels, inverters, batteries and related equipment
• Secure recurring O&M contracts and retain clients
• Meet quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Build relationships with developers, EPC contractors, consultants and government and commercial clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders with engineering and operations teams
• Represent the company at client meetings and exhibitions

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering or similar
• Prior experience with established solar PV and storage companies in the UAE
• Valid UAE driving licence
